A wedding is a very special occasion. We understand this and work with you to fulfil the ideas you have on making your day unique and memorable. Press Club Band specialise in offering a total package. We can provide music for your whole day or part thereof. For example, we can play during your:

Reception

The reception is where Press Club Band shines the brightest! We can kick off with something relaxed while your guests arrive before playing something classic or fun for the bridal party entrance. Depending on your function and the structure you want for your party, we can then move into some soft and chilled music while your guests enjoy canapés or entrée. We’ll work with you to choose tracks that allow your guests to continue talking and mingling while the atmosphere builds comfortably. After the formalities are over we pick it up a gear and take control of the dance floor, reading and listening to the crowd to ensure there is something for everyone! Press Club Band will seriously amaze you and your guests, providing the energy and vibe we are renowned for!

Pre-dinner drinks

We can provide any kind of band combination to play while your guests mingle, perhaps saving bigger band configurations for later on in the night while still creating an atmosphere of celebration right from the start. We have many options from acoustic guitar, to romantic piano, double bass, sax or trumpet. Many of the troop can play multiple instruments allowing you to have a variety of different sounds without the cost of booking multiple bands!

Ceremony

Every ceremony is different - be it on the beach, in a garden or in a grand cathedral.

At Press Club Band we pride ourselves on being able to customise the music to be exactly what you are imagining to compliment your ceremony. You might like to begin the ceremony by having a string quartet play beautiful classical music while your guests are arriving, as you walk down the aisle and as you sign the register.

If you prefer an ‘operatic feel’ we can provide classical vocalists who cover songs such as ‘Ave Maria’ or ‘The Flower Duet.’ If contemporary or jazz music is more to your taste, we can provide a duo or trio of musicians who can play songs ranging from Michael Bublé to Miles Davis. Our musicians are happy to learn specific song requests to ensure you get to walk down the aisle to your special song.
